Ingredients
  • 8 to 10 eggs
  • mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup
  • Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice
  • Powders/herbs - paprika, onion, curry, tarragon, salt
Method
  1. Hard-boil eggs, peel and cut in half
  2. Take out yolks and mix with all other ingredients
  3. Taste and check consistency
  4. Put enriched yolk mash back into halved eggs and serve
Tip: Variations and/or - capers, tuna, anchovies, bacon, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, vinegar, thyme, parsley
